There are many, many, popular songs from the 80's that are amazing and iconic to this day. From Thriller to Don't Stop Believing, these are some great songs that you should totally listen to (In no order).
1. Africa by Toto. This is a song that has recently gained popularity and deserves every bit of it. Its so good that they named a continent after it.
2. Another One Bites the Dust by Queen is awesome. The beat/theme matches the song perfectly.
3. Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley. This including Take On Me are memes now but the song stays the same, what else would you roll the windows of your car down and blast while driving downtown?
4. Livin on a Prayer by Bon Jovi. The lyrics to this song are great and the vocals are amazing, many covers of this have been made but none have, and will ever, meet the original song on how good it is.
5. I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Whitney Houston. This song doesn't really need much explanation on why this is on my list. It is a song for the decades and it is that one song that if it turned on in the mall you know you'll jump on the tables in front of Panda Express and start signing along with it.
